Throughout his career, Christopher has built a strong reputation for excellence in dental restorations, with deep expertise in implants, hybrid prosthetics, and crowns. His attention to detail and commitment to precision make him an invaluable asset to any dental team. He’s also incredibly personable in his interactions with doctors and offices, building strong, respectful relationships that reflect positively on the entire organization. Outside the lab, Christopher enjoys unwinding with his wife, son, and dog Hank at the beach.
Ashlea is a dedicated Lab Technician with over 20 years of experience in the dental industry. She brings a high level of expertise in staining and glazing, ensuring each restoration meets the highest standards of aesthetics. Ashlea also plays a key role in digital scanning and supports the efficient organization and workflow of the lab. Her well-rounded knowledge and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team. Outside of work, Ashlea is a loving and dedicated mother who enjoys spending quality time with her family and their dog, Tater Tot.
Chelsea is a talented Lab Technician who has been an integral part of the Elite team for over 10 years. With a strong proficiency in designing and milling crowns, she combines technical skill with a keen eye for detail to ensure precision and quality in every case. Chelsea is also a great motivator, inspiring the team to strive for excellence. Outside the lab, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, Coffee and Twiggy. In addition to her work in dental technology, Chelsea is a published author, having proudly released her first book.
Hailey, a dedicated and versatile member of our team with four years at the lab. Hailey brings a unique combination of technical skill and professionalism to everything she does. She handles staining and glazing with precision, manages phone calls with warmth and clarity, and builds strong relationships with the offices she supports. She also plays a key role in our digital workflow by printing and designing custom 3D models. Outside of work, Hailey enjoys spending her time with her husband and their two dogs, Ollie and Cooper.
